Vinnie leads off this episode talking about the spreecast he will do with previous guests to the show, Ben Greenfield and Rich Roll. He then gets into a conversation he had with a guy begging for change. Vinnie later gets into an idea he had while talking to yours truly. Vinnie and Anna then get into the oddities of the English language (I still say roof should be pronounced “rew-f””). They later get into the weight loss scam they’ve discussed previously.
