ADVICE FOR BEGINNING TO LIFT
- Katie has just started to lift; what is a good way to start out?
- The intimidation factor is real
- Depends on what you want to achieve
- For Katie it is being toned and fit
- Leg extensions, etc
- Heel raises
- Bench press or pushups for secondary chest exercise as well as triceps
- Don’t be intimidated! Especially women! Men are just surprised
WHAT IS GOOD SUPPLEMENTATION?
- Don’t take “get bigger muscle” products
- No real science behind it
- Some of it is harmful
- Whey protein is good
- Eggs are also really good after a workout!
