SOYBEAN OIL

  • First, we don’t know if GMOs are good or bad for us, really
  • Nothing about a soybean is heart healthy
  • Just because vegetable oil has the word vegetable in it doesn’t make it okay
  • Soybean oil just causes an influx of Omega-6
    • Omega-6 is good in small doses, but soybean oil is just too much!
    • You get enough from the natural food you eat
  • Bunge is the organization that is trying to get soybean oil to appear as “heart-healthy” and “cholesterol-lowering”
    • Bunge makes tons of money off of it
  • Soybean oil “may” reduce…..
    • MAY doesn’t mean anything
  • Use olive oil
  • Cooking in soybean oil is crap, and it doesn’t even taste that good
