After one year of NSNG Scott Goldberg lost 56 lbs and got to see his Abs again!

Scott Goldberg wrote…….”I’m 58 and was 238 lbs a year ago in December 2016. I’ve tried so many things to lose weight. There were the 2 years of spinning 4-5 days a week and just losing a couple of pounds. The winter of 2016 I was riding 60-70 miles a week and lifting weights 3-4 days a week. I lost 15 lbs. Nothing has ever helped me get to my goal of seeing my abs 1 more time. I tried to be healthy with almost no sugar and always healthy grains. As a matter of fact, the night before I first heard Vinnie’s podcast, my wife had made wild rice and mushroom risotto. That had to be healthy, right? My friend DeeDee Lynch Silverstein, someone who knows Vinnie, had been telling me to listen to a podcast. So at the gym the next day I did. I’m an IT guy and respect logic. So when Vinnie described the science of No Sugar No Grains (NSNG), it hit me like a ton of bricks. I gave up sugars and grains that day, and haven’t looked back. I thought if I could get down to 210 lbs, it would be amazing. I haven’t been under 220 for 30 years. Well 210 came and went, and so did 200 and 190. I’ve been zero carb for a couple of weeks because I couldn’t move passed 188. Today I’m 182 and am in the gym 6-7 days a week. I feel great and can just about see those abs.”
