• However, Vinnie and Andy don’t really see a big difference between these and normal vitamins.
  • Andy thinks the only real difference has to do with the importance folate.
    • Other vitamins are made with folic acid, but pre-natal with folate.
    • Pregnant women want 5-methyltetrahydrofolate!
