JILL’S MOVE

• Jill, like Vinnie, used to live in California, and moved away prior to the pandemic.
• She’s appreciated more flexibility during the pandemic in her new state.
• There’s so much to do where she lives! Tons to do outdoors, and her neighbors are all a phone call away.

BINGE EATING

• Jill lost roughly 100 lbs.
• She’s gained ~60 lbs. back.
• Within the past year, she’s gained 40, lost 30, and gained 30 back.
• Sometimes she will have binge moments. This is what has hurt her over the past years.
• Jill binge eats when she is so stressed.
  • Her job is intensely demanding, and life can become too much.
• Eating can be a dopamine hit, and that is what is scary and challenging.
• People can be dismissive when you’re overweight, and Jill feels she’s at the point where people are dismissive again.
  • This adds to her stress.

GETTING OUT OF THE HOUSE

• Getting out and about is so important.
• Schedule time to make this happen, even if it’s for 15 minutes.
• Go out for a meal, if you can, or a walk!
