SIMPLE EXERCISES AT HOME

  • Vinnie wiggles his toes while he’s driving or riding to keep his toes awake.
  • You can also just stand up and do some toe raises.
    • Balance against a desk or chair if you need to.
      • It also works your calf muscles, and can work the rest of your legs and butt too.
  • If you have trouble with pushups, Vinnie his a tip.
    • Put your hands on the wall, then kick your feet back and you can do pushups on the wall.
      • Eventually, you can work your way down and go to the corner of your desk.
  • Get some 5, 10, 12lb weights at home.
    • Whatever you’re comfortable with!
  • You can also do these at work, if need be.
