VINNIE’S DOPPELGANGER
- Vinnie found his doppelganger in the gym
- People kept comparing the two
- Wear the hat the same way
- Vinnie couldn’t stop looking at the guy
- It was freaky seeing himself in 3D!
DEXA SCANS
- DEXA Scan is a special type of X-ray that measures bone density
- Anna had one in 2003
- A listener sent her stats (maybe 20 lbs to lose, though scan said 40) but according to DEXA scan she was over 40% fat
- Only accurate way to measure body fat is hydrostatic weighing
- Otherwise, it won’t be all that accurate
- This is very uncomfortable and is not used as much as it used to be
- All the calibers are sort of BS
- “Fat analysis”, “body scan” etc
- Take measurements from different parts of the body
- Makes them wildly off
FASTING
- Vinnie will be the first to say that fasting is not for everyone
- Can be good if you have really messed up metabolism to kick start it
