CHOCOLATE MILK & BRO SCIENCE

  • Some of Charlie’s friends are pro tennis players
  • One of his friends told a kid he was training that the best thing to drink for recovery is chocolate milk
  • Chocolate milk is all sugar!
  • Water, maybe with some electrolytes is what is best
  • Everything that is ‘muscle milk’ this ‘chocolate protein’ that is full of egg protein, and bad sugar, all raises your glycemic index
    • Everything will go up a whole bunch which is not good
  • Chocolate is a great antioxidant but people don’t want to eat bitter chocolate, so they eat chocolate with sugar in it which is not healthy
    • 80%+ is good
  • Awful to teach kids these things
    • It will make these kids fat and actually hurt their sports
