JESS – OBESITY AS A MATTER OF LIFE OR DEATH

  • Check out his website here
  • Always struggles with obesity
  • Has been listening to Vinnie since the start
  • Weighed 523lbs when the show first came out
    • Was fat from age 6
  • Does not want to be heavy
  • Jumped onto the NSNG train 1.5 years ago
    • Dropped 75lbs in the first month of doing NSNG, then got close to under 400
  • Unfortunately, has jumped back up to 560 lbs now that he is no longer NSNG
    • Food is his drug of choice
  • He is bothered that he cannot stick to the regiment
  • He realizes that it is a matter of life and death
  • All that matters, ultimately, is that he rises from his failures and ends up succeeding in the end
  • January he was 561, after 4 weeks he was 513.8

FOOD IN JESS’S LIFE

  • Now, snacks limited to nuts and pork rinds
  • Breakfast consists of egg and breakfast sausage
  • Lunch and dinner are a vegetable and meat/chicken
  • NSNG is great, because it allows Jess to eat, not count calories, and still lose weight!
    • Most sustainable ‘diet’ Jess has ever done
      • Works with a busy lifestyle, and is natural
