Angriest Trainer 347 | Listener Questions

Happy Valentine’s Day and welcome to our brand new Saturday podcast brough to you by Pure Vitamin Club. This will be the 4th podcast we air each week. Hey, we’re getting on par with John Lee Dumas who does 7 podcasts a week. This show will be similar to the Wednesday show with Andy, around 10-12 minutes long. We get so many questions that we decided to invite fans go to VinnieTortorich.com and send us your questions…you can post them in the forum…and we will invite you on the show to answer you. All you need is a Skype account (which is free). So let’s get to our first listener question…

GABRIELA FROM HOUSTON, TX

  • Gabriela will be coming to Woodland Hills, CA for our NSNG Meet-Up March 27-29, 2015 with her husband.
  • It’s going to be a great weekend
  • Anna and Vinnie will do a podcast where everyone will be included
  • You will also have plenty of time to explore L.A. on your own or with your new NSNG friends!

GABRIELA’S QUESTION

  • How do you jump start weight loss after you’ve put some “life into living” during the holidays?
  • It’s always easier to lose weight initially because you have more weight to lose and you will see that big jump in the first week
  • NSNG allows dairy, but not everyone can handle it.
  • It is a very calorie-dense food
  • Give it another week or so to let your body readjust
