Vinnie and Anna talk Chi Running with the beautiful and lovely Serena Scott Thomas.

Michael Tortorich sums up the podcast in the My Uncle Vinnie Blog Wrap Up:

Serena Scott Thomas is in studio for an interview. Early in the show, they talk about the good Senator, Gary Hand. Check out the “before and after” photos below. Around April, he weighed at least 250 pounds. By mid November, he was down to 210. He’s currently 200, and has gone from a size 42 jeans to a 34. “This first picture is the reason why I decided I needed to lose weight,” Gary says. “I look ten years older…and check out that chin!” Vinnie then mentions neuroscientist Molly Crockett from TED. They later talk about the possibility of Vinnie giving a talk for TED. Serena and Vinnie then recall the time they broke up. Vinnie later mentions the newsletter he’ll start sending out, which can be found on vinnietortorich.com. Serena tells of her experience in her latest ultra marathon. That leads to a discussion about electrolytes. Serena later explains Chi Running.
