• Tom is working toward being debt free.

• Tom found this lifestyle through a good friend.
• Let your friends see your progress – inform them, but don’t preach.
• Tom’s friend just made little tidbits as time went on, and eventually, he was ready to hear it all and dive fully in.
  • Then, she was there to push him when he needed to be pushed.
• She lost a lot of weight and looked great.
• Tom has also had good success.
  • His wife also mostly lives this lifestyle.
  • She meal preps a lot for the two of them.
• Tom is 44, got up to 270 lbs at 6 feet tall.
  • Now, he weighs 196!
  • He’s done this without much exercise.
