PLANNING LIFE INTO LIVING

  • Don’t try to eat around things when you’re doing life into living.
  • Eat real, quality ice cream, for example.
  • Plan your life into living so you don’t fall off of the wagon for too long.
    • Make sure you know it’s just one treat, or one day, then move right along.
      • Don’t make excuses to get right back to eating right.
  • Not planning ahead is how you end up feeling particularly horrible the next day physically.
    • This happened to Anna recently–she ended up eating crap as a result and feeling bad.

TWITTER QUESTIONS

  • Someone asked about how to avoid eating too much.
  • When you first start eating this way, Vinnie encourages people to overeat fat if you’re feeling hungry.
    • Make some bacon, have a spoonful of coconut oil (but your stomach might not be thrilled).
  • If you are doing this right, after some time you should not feel hungry after you’ve had an appropriate amount of food.
  • Hunger pangs are a sign that there’s still some sugar or grains in your diet.
