  • Approximately once a week, Vinnie answers questions on Facebook Live
    • Usually you can catch him on Sunday evenings
    • Add him on FB, or just join the FB group so you don’t miss him
  • Ask your questions and he tries to get to as many as possible
  • This show is a recording of one of those FB Live feeds!
  • Great way to get info most relevant to you without booking a consult
    • However, consult still best for most detail and most personal application
  • Protein powders = bro science
  • Supplements – many are bro science, vitamins are great if you need them and they don’t have gunk like silica in them (check out PVC)
  • Calorie restriction is a poor way to lose weight
    • Diets based on calorie restriction are largely designed to fail so you come back
    • Not sustainable long-term
    • Takes a toll on your body when you starve yourself
    • Just eat real foods with NSNG!
