TWO COMMON QUESTIONS

  • After a discussion of bad disco music, Miss Manner’s etiquette, sloppy clothing, and ways to avoid “death scrolling” on your phone, Vinnie and Gina turn the conversation to answer two of the most common questions about exercise. (2:00)
  • Gina asks Vinnie what he considers the best and/or worst time to exercise. (18:20)
