FULFILLING ORDERS PROMPTLY

• We are doing our best with equipment and supply chain issues.
• Unfortunately, we are behind in places but we’re working judiciously to fill orders and get them to you as quickly as we’re able.
• Now, for our nut butters, we have all of the materials and equipment in our hands.
  • In 2-3 weeks, we’ll be fully caught up.

  • And if we don’t answer right away, we should return it. But it might take a day or so because we’re working so hard on filling your orders.
• Additionally, we’re increasing our staff to help us cover the delay.
• We’ve learned some lessons from this time and our changes will apply to all of our sites.
• We’re putting off our planned product extensions because we want to make sure we take care of this first.
• Ultimately, we just feel transparency is important.
