  • Different people have different breaking points — but making people feel bad isn’t what gets people there.
    • For Scott King, for example, he reached his breaking point when he realized he couldn’t run into the street to bring his child back to safety.
      • Now, he’s lost quite literally hundreds of pounds and is a triathlete.
