STUNT MY KIDS’ GROWTH
- Kids don’t need to do heavy, intense, muscle-building exercise
- Ex: lifting weights not necessarily the best for your kids
- If they want to run, if they want to do some martial arts, that is all great
- Can also be good for them hormonally
- “Formal exercise”, not yet
- Exercise should be body movements
