  • Vitamin B1 – Thiamine, Vitamin B2 – Riboflavin, Vitamin B3 – Niacin, Pantothenic Acid (historically known as B5), Biotin, B6, B12 and Folic Acid
  • When they were originally researched, they were all understood to be one vitamin – B
  • As they were broken up, they were kept in the B family but renamed
