COMMITTING TO NSNG^® TOGETHER

• The two found Vinnie through the Carolla show and Dr. Drew.
• Bill had been doing IF a bit prior to finding Vinnie.
• The two have been together for 12 years.
• When they began NSNG^®, both were at their heaviest.
  • Bill started, and about two months later, Kim came on.
    • They started during COVID!
      • While most people are gaining weight now, they started losing weight during the pandemic.
• Bill started at 240. He got down to 170 but didn’t like how he looked.
  • Now, he probably hovers between 175 and 180 at 6’1″.
  • In ten months, he got down to healthy.
    • For many, it will take longer and THAT IS OKAY.
• Kim started around 143 at 5’4.” Currently, she fluctuates between 113 and 115 lbs. She’s a size zero!
  • She feels confident in a bikini in her 50s.
• They made the decision.
  • Do the best you can and stick with it.
    • The two have found cooking at home makes it easier.
