BRETT ENZENSPERGER

  • Brett works as a Production Manager
  • Goes on tours, works in the music industry
    • 21 years of tour with Steve Miller
  • Gets to work with some incredible artists like Steve Miller Band
  • Brett has loved how he has inspired others to follow NSNG®, too
    • Just starts with one person, and soon tons of people are eating better and living healthier, too
    • FB group is a great way to do this

CHANGING DIET DOGMAS

  • Brett was the perfect model of a guy who didn’t have any real metabolic issues, but was super heavy
    • 400 lbs, went into a gastric bypass meeting
    • He walked into the waiting room and said “this isn’t me, I’m not sick like this”
    • Started WW and then went into high carb low fat
    • Did lose a good amount of weight, but eventually it caught back up with him and he gained 100 lbs back
  • Had to get over the CICO dogma
    • Looked at the science and the book
  • March 2017 he was feeling and looking pretty bad
    • Started NSNG® on March 1st
    • Weight poured off right away
    • Lost 85 pounds, hasn’t lost more in awhile but hasn’t GAINED any more, either
  • Had to learn he could do most of it with diet, not with exercise (which he previously didn’t follow)
    • Now, however, he could stand to do a bit more Zone 2 training
  • Still has around 55 lbs to lose
  • Some people can’t handle dairy as well as others – a good thing to cut out if you are stalling or plateauing
