- Michelle met Vinnie and Serena on the Appalachian trail.
- She is hiking the WHOLE THING with her newly-found friend, Caroline. She has a tramily!
- Michelle is 52.

- She was a cop from age 21.
- Over time, she worked her way up to captain.
- It wasn’t always roses; she did lose two officers who worked for her and two friends.
- She’s always been really involved in charity work, and now does lots of work for first responders and children who have cancer.
HIKING THE APPALACHIAN TRAIL
- Michelle is hiking 16 or 17 miles per day with a 35-lb pack.
- It takes everything she has!
- She was a regular woman, and she’s been training on the trail.
- She didn’t really get in shape for this.
