SOCIAL MEDIA TROUBLES
- Anna has been shadow-banned from the site.
- She thinks she must have inadvertently triggered their algorithm.
- After checking their terms, she knows she did not
- This is tough for her because she loves providing people with helpful info on Insta.
- She’s trying to restore it all!
- Anna and Vinnie have both had weird experiences with social media.
- Vinnie’s ORIGINAL Wikipedia page has been deleted. Their answer as to why it was deleted , was the information could not be verified.
- Vinnie is, however, on this crazy site called RationalWiki.

- Vinnie wants someone to start a page for him on the ORIGINAL Wiki –– there’s definitely enough about him out there to make a page.
- Anna also has fairly regular issues with Amazon – this obviously isn’t a social media website, but it’s technology just the same!
HOLIDAY EATING
- Vinnie and Anna believe it’s not about what you eat
- However, don’t fall off the wagon.
- It’s hard to get back on, even on Jan 1, if you fall off completely.
- Put a little LIL with that pecan pie, but do it with limits.
- Anna also has various NSNG®-friendly Thanksgiving and Christmas recipes (including dessert) in her cookbooks!
- Be prepared to feel stiff and achy the day after you put that life into living.
