OUT OF CONTROL KIDS

  • Kids in restaurants these days are either running around, dancing on tables or on their phones
  • Parents, control your kids
    • You are not your kids’ friends when they’re little, you’re their parents
  • Kids should be sitting at the table, conversing or eating
    • Teach them manners and conversation and how to behave in public

VINNIE’S BACK SPASM

  • Vinnie’s been dealing with a tough back spasm
  • It put him completely out of business for a whole day
  • He didn’t do anything in particular to cause it
  • Old injuries and maybe not enough stretching playing into it
  • Incredibly painful
  • First one in 10 years that has put him out of commission
  • Always come at the worst times
  • He stood up and his back locked up, and he dropped to his knees on the porch for 20-30mins

MAGNESIUM HELPS CRAMPS

  • Magnesium PVC is generally very good for cramps/soreness
    • Helps with inflammation
    • Vinnie usually takes it twice a day
  • You can take several without having any laxative effect
  • It’s very high quality, potent magnesium, but not the stuff that causes the runs
  • Try it for back spasms
  • Helps breaks the cycle so you don’t continue to tweak
