KAYAKING

  • Vinnie is still trying to get to Bayou Lafourche this year
  • Wants to do it by late fall but may have to push it back to next spring
  • He went a little too far too fast and hurt his shoulder a bit
  • It reaches a point where you have to slow down and take your time to be successful
  • Can’t put the goal ahead of the processs
  • He’s also incredibly busy with other work like the film which takes up tons of time
  • Vinnie wants to make this happen more than anyone else out there
  • Let your body tell you what’s right
  • He’s been swimming as well to strengthen his shoulder and the like
    • Targets a lot of the same muscles as kayaking
