KANSAS CITY MEETUP

  • Vinnie and Andy surprised everyone at the KC Meetup
  • Anna was already planning on coming
  • Beauchamps, as always, instrumental in organizing this
  • Brought Pure Coffee Club coffee and had some on air

      • Beans from all over – Ethiopia, Sumatra, Costa Rica
        • All roasted differently, too

NSNG QUESTIONS

  • How does one figure out lean body mass?
    • Go listen to last Monday show!
    • Not a caliber that actually works
  • Is fiber wheat? Is fiber bad?
    • First, Vinnie won’t go against a doctor’s opinion, particularly in a post-op or post-sick situation
    • Vegetables have fiber, too
    • Psyllium husk binds you up for about a week, which can’t be good
      • Psyllium husk is BAD
    • Fiber in veggies is okay, particularly cruciferous veggies
  • SAD all about less fat, all BS
    • Go in with any problem, doctors will tell you things like “eat less fat”, “more of x, less of y”
  • Listen for more!
