  • Grains are not good for breakfast
    • You will be tired and hungry before lunch, guaranteed
  • It will give you more energy if you eat eggs, bacon, cheese
  • Break an egg into a little ceramic bowl, dollop of heavy cream, put some cheese in there, sausage, etc.
    • Put all of this in the oven
      • 400 degrees, 7-10 mins
  • Hard boiled eggs are good on the go!
