Jess – Amazing story man! Keep up the good work. Although I hate running for losing weight, I'll use the analogy of this being a marathon, not a sprint.
Also…Please Please – throw away the scale. You're not a number, so don't measure yourself by a number. If you don't throw it away, then at least only weight yourself every couple of weeks. If you're eating the right food, getting in some resistance training, you'll shed the FAT. I'm capitalizing FAT here because if you're doing some resistance training you'll be putting on muscle. That's why I hate the scale. I've recommended grabbing a pair of old jeans/pants that you can't fit in. Try them on every 2 or 3 weeks.
Also I'm going to say something crazy here. The one advantage you have as an overweight individual is the lean body mass required to move all of that weight around. It would be a shame to lose that muscle so working in some resistance training is a HUGE advantage at this point if you can do it safely.
And lastly…Learn. That's what I hate about Jenny Craig programs. They intentionally keep you on their program. Their not a weight loss company. They're a food product company. Learn the basics and you'll make permanent changes.

Thanks You so much it really means a lot and yes I'm doing a lot of resistance type training.
Absolutely It was doing the same to me. I could tell the difference just a few weeks on #NSNG I honestly have never felt better.

In the beginning of 2010 I was 99kg's. I had constant headaches and the ENT had allergy tests done on me. I am allergic to sugar, grains, milk, rice, cocoa, soy, pumpkin and onions. I cut those items outof my diet immediately in order to start feeling better. In a matter of two months I dropped 20kg's. By the end of 2010 I was 60kg's.
I have packed on a few kg's again. (Stupid emotional eating) But I am on my way again. Already in my second week of avoiding the food I am allergic to -NSNG.
