NOM NOM PALEO is perhaps the best paleo cookbook out there right now. It pretty much has everything from the exotic to down-home cooking, all of course made paleo. And, the cookbook itself is idiot proof. There are literally hundreds of step-by-step pictures and cartoons to help demonstrate each recipe. Every NSNG kitchen should have this cookbook.
