HORMONES AND SLEEP

  • Vinnie has always had low Testosterone
  • When he got his blood done, he also came back with messed up thyroid hormones
    • Doctor told him he couldn’t do his mountain climbing, etc.
    • Told that taking testosterone could help him
      • He didn’t
    • Instead, he took his training easy
      • Tried to sleep more
        • Still got really sick when he got to Europe from germ-spreading
  • There is such thing as too much of a good thing when it comes to exercise
