NFL OR STRIPPER?

  • Shouldn’t hyperbole be pronounced hyper-bowl?
    • If so, NFL vs Stripper?
    • NFL if pronounced hyper-bowl
    • Stripper if pronounced properly
  • If you use a literary device for a name, you win as a stripper
  • Math words could also be good stripper names

AMAZON

  • Check out Vinnie’s “love” list on Amazon
  • These are all things Vinnie uses and loves all the time
  • He has also written little descriptions about most of them

EAT HAPPY

  • Eat Happy is an amazing cookbook written by Anna
  • NSNG friendly recipes
  • Anna didn’t want to make the book “carbo-phobic”
  • Yes, some recipes have more carbs than others
  • Try a variety of recipes, use your own creativity
  • You can eat as many or as few carbs as you want in this cookbook
  • Stay in ketosis, or don’t!

SORENESS

  • First, if you aren’t sore, it doesn’t mean you aren’t working your muscles
    • Don’t worry – stick with it
    • It just means your body is getting used to it – getting in shape
    • Vinnie doesn’t get sore
  • When you first start working out, you will be more sore than usual
  • If you are getting sore forever, that probably isn’t good
  • You shouldn’t feel sore when you are in shape
    • If you are, you may be over doing it or doing something wrong
