VEGAN HEALTH LIES

  • Being an ethical vegan is one thing.
  • However, thinking meat is bad for your health is a lie.
  • Many “plant-based” foods are full of crap.
  • Saying eating vegan is the only way to go is patently false.
  • Obviously, consult your doctor, but perhaps veganism isn’t best for strokes.

SATIETY

  • If you have trouble getting full, make sure you aren’t eating something with hidden sugar.
    • Usually, this is the culprit.
      • Salad dressing is pretty common.
  • Hidden sugar gets your hunger hormones going!
  • If you’re eating salad, make sure you’re eating enough fat with it.
