- Juice is just sugary water.
- If you want fruit, eat it whole!
- Not all fruit is created equally, however.
- Try to avoid bananas or raisins. Shoot for berries if you’re eating whole fruits. Tropical fruits like pineapple are also particularly sugary.

- This could just mean that you’re dehydrated.
- This goes both ways – you might be in ketosis even if it doesn’t show it.
- After awhile, your body might be using the ketones effectively so you aren’t peeing it out.
