STARTING NSNG®

  • Found Vinnie via the Carolla effect
  • Has been doing this for several years
  • Was 6’3″, 265
    • Now he weighs 202!!!
      • Absolutely amazing weight for his height
  • Goes grocery shopping once a week
    • Focuses more on fat and protein
    • Cut out some veggies and the like
  • Became obsessed with learning about the lifestyle in the first few days
    • Didn’t try to be perfect
    • Learning experience for a bit
  • Vinnie says start slow and then slow down
  • There will be hiccups in the beginning and that’s okay
  • Took 8-9 months to drop down to 210
