NSNG® AND FASTING

  • Chris has had an amazing journey
  • He heard about Vinnie after doing some intermittent fasting
    • Went 375 (6’3″) to 335 by doing this in his early to mid 30s
      • Would only eat between 12 and 8 but not really changing his diet
      • Started at the gym after that
      • Before he did NSNG® was still eating Subway twice a day
        • Salad and grilled chicken breast sandwich
  • Then, Chris got into Vinnie’s podcast and book
    • Did NSNG® AND intermittent fasting and the weight really fell off for Chris
  • He listened to every podcast, and tore it all up
  • Once he was on the NSNG® wagon, eating about one meal a day, with a more carnivorous diet, he got down to ~227 lbs
    • He has lost about 150 lbs!!!!
      • Largely thanks to NSNG®
  • The best thing for Chris now, is he knows how to keep it off
    • If he sticks with this life style, he can stay at this fantastic, healthy weight
