VINNIE’S CANCER TRIALS

  • When Vinnie had cancer, they thought the chemo would kill him
  • He thought to himself, what have I done with my life?
  • His clients were avoiding sugar and grains, but he was so nauseous all the time he just had to eat whatever he could keep down
  • Asked his doctor if antioxidants or anything like that made a difference because that was the buzz word regarding cancer prevention at the time
    • A sort of bro science
      • Collagen protein and others came after – Anna’s functional doc told her this stuff was all BS

CLEANSES

  • Buying ‘cleanses’ are total scams
  • Yes, if you stop eating bad food, your body will start to recuperate
  • You don’t need any $450 fancy juices to make this happen
  • In fact, a juice cleanse is just a week eating only very small amounts of sugar
  • Cleanses are the definition of good intentions being stolen
  • Spend the money on healthy food at the grocery store and don’t starve yourself or eat overpriced crap
