HARMFUL HEALTH “GURUS”

  • First of all, Jillian Michaels is often wrong
    • Vinnie and Anna, and most people in health and fitness, do not like or agree with what she puts forth
    • Jillian Michaels is one of those people who is naturally ripped with a great body
    • Just casually became a trainer
      • Didn’t study it in school like Vinnie did
    • She went to auditions, and she’s hot, so she ended up on Biggest Loser
    • She posted something on Twitter comparing ketogenics to serial killers
      • Pretty messed up given the fact that a ketogenic diet can be great and incredibly healthy for many people
    • She should not have a voice in the health and fitness industry
    • The AHA and people like Jillian have the blood on their hands
  • Dr. Oz is another one of these guys
    • 80% (at least) of what he says is BS
    • No science to back it up
    • He changes his mind a million times
      • Contradicts himself constantly

VINNIE’S CALCIUM RESULTS

  • Vinnie eats fats on fats on fats
    • Red meat, olive oil, avocados, etc.
  • Vinnie’s number is both 0 and normal looking at risk of heart disease
    • Anna’s is the same
  • His afib is normal, too
  • Blood flow is great, too
  • Basically, everything on his test is the best it can be
    • Serena’s was too
  • Both of them and Anna eat the opposite of how people like the above “gurus” and the AHA/WHO/etc. eat, and they’re scores are amazing
