VINNIE’S TRAINING REGIMEN

  • Vinnie is training to kayak Bayou LaFourche, all 100+ miles
  • Going to be a non-stop trip
  • His new endurance adventure
  • He is being trained and sponsored
  • Training daily one way or another
  • Whether it’s on his kayak machine at home, with his teacher, in a pool, or just in a gym
  • He’s working hard

OVERNIGHT SUCCESS

  • Much like the passive income myth, the overnight success thing is also a myth
  • Vinnie, Anna, and Andy have been working very hard at this for a very long time
  • Overnight successes largely don’t exist
  • Most have to work very hard for success
  • People don’t see all the work that goes in behind the scenes

VEGANISM

  • While Vinnie doesn’t personally endorse veganism, he has many clients and friends who are vegan
  • He does not dislike vegans individually or even think it isn’t okay to be vegan
  • Vinnie understands many might have ethical or other concerns
  • What it comes down to is, eating meat can be healthy as long as you aren’t eating other crap with it
  • Many NSNG vegans
