DIETARY GUIDELINES

  • Our guidelines are relatively scientifically unsupported
  • People think of diet as a religion
    • This is an issue because people worship certain food because of certain groups
  • Additionally, the industries that funded dietary guidelines are BS
    • For example, sugar and grain industry helped fund SAD
  • “Cereal-oriented”, “vegetarian” ways of eating
    • Evolutionarily, this does not make sense
  • We likely will not be able to dissent freely regarding nutrition in our life time
    • People like Tim Noakes get in trouble for speaking out against standard dietary guidelines
  • Financial gain allows major conflict of interest regarding our health
  • Food pyramid is ridiculous
    • All propaganda
  • Seventh-day adventists are contributing to our food fallacies
  • Check out Vinnie’s prior interview with Dr. Fettke
  • Medical evangelism further influences how we eat
    • It should not
    • Religion should play no part in food
