  • Vinnie constantly has one hit wonders stuck in his head
  • Today it was Come On Eileen
    • Tallulah really likes this song (in case anyone was wondering….)
  • He considers it an affliction

TRIP HOME

  • Vinnie made an impromptu trip home
  • Drove his Corvette to go surprise his dad
  • Vinnie loves road tripping
  • Threw olives and nuts in a ziploc bag
  • Cheese in another bag
  • Brought a little soft pack travel cooler
    • Ended up leaving it all behind by accident
  • Vinnie doesn’t eat a lot when he’s on the road
  • Stopped at Chipotle on the way
  • Cheap hotel eggs have flour in them
  • Counted on Starbucks to get full fat whipping cream
    • Good snack
  • Vinnie fasted all the way back
    • Vinnie has one thing against fasting:
      • He thinks there is a PLACE for fasting, don’t use IF for trickery
      • Vinnie personally would not fast on a regular basis
    • Vinnie is super fat adapted

NSNG MEXICAN FOOD

  • NSNG Mexican food is very doable
  • DON’T eat chips or tortillas or the like
  • Avoid rice, eat beans in moderation
  • Load on some guac, sour cream, cheese, veggies, meat, salsa (no corn salsa though)
  • Chipotle can be very filling and NSNG
