John C. Harris is one of our earliest listeners! He now has the  website Back of Pack and is co-host of the Back of the Pack Endurance Podcast with Andrew Weaver. Vinnie, John and Anna discuss his weight loss and health journey with NSNG. They also talk about training for marathons. However, before John ever reaches the microphone, Vinnie and Anna go crazy over the Yahoo article on extreme plastic surgery. Also, check out Anna’s 5-Way Chili Recipe at GlutenFreeAnna.com
