There are several reasons to love FAT CHANCE. Number one on that list is that Dr. Lustig is not mailing it in. He actually gives us the science as to why we became the most unhealthy country in the world and how we are spreading it to other nations.
I love the fact that he does not use pseudo-science at any point. The fact that he is one of the foremost authorities on childhood obesity on the planet today, allows you to solace in the fact that he will not lead you astray. This book is not so scientific that you will get lost. I recommend that men, women and even young adults read this book.
