LEARNING ABOUT NUTRITION

  • Hard to know what is right about nutrition
  • They teach you so little in school
  • Pretty much, people get their knowledge by word of mouth
    • Difficult to get a straight answer 

MISSING BODY PARTS

  • In Aaron’s freshman year of college, he began to have stomach issues and lost lots of weight
    • It took them ages to figure out what was wrong with him
  • Cleveland clinic diagnosed him with ulcerative colitis 
    • He was on so much medication
    • He was on prednisone for 7 years, lost tons of bone density 
  • He was down around 40 lbs at this point 
  • They removed his colon because he continued to have issues
  • NSNG is the perfect diet so that he can get all the nutrients he needs
    • Nutritionists did nothing for him until he found NSNG
  • Does a little bit of IM fasting
    • Eats a lot of eggs, avocados, steak, olives, olive oil, epic bars, drinks tons of water (2-3L)
