    • Calisthenics are all you need
      • don’t need to be a member at a gym

      • Learned how to make sure he is using his body the right way
  • Never should have stabbing pain with these exercises
    • Traditional body weight squats he describes in the show
      • Also, a side to side squat
  • Isolation exercises are terribly inefficient
  • Looks better now after 4 and a half years of never touching a weight because he knows how to work out and is eating healthily
  • When it comes to building strength, don’t push to where it’s unsafe
    • Take the small, incremental improvements!
