Vinnie and Anna go through a popular email going around about how to prevent cancer, plus a lively discussion on the “Eat to Live” diet.

Michael Tortorich sums up the podcast in the My Uncle Vinnie Blog Wrap Up:

This show kicks off with Vinnie and Anna giving a shout out to one of their “super fans,” who sent in an article about the Army cutting out grains and sugar (unlike the FDA). That leads to talk of the GMO fish. “What’s next? Genetically modified hookers?” Vinnie concludes. He then tells Anna about the report of Susie Favor-Hamilton, a U.S. Olympic runner who turned to a life of high-class prostitution. Anna and Vinnie move on to a discussion of nutrition and cancer. Vinnie then talks about his battle with leukemia and chemotherapy. They proceed to talk about sugar and artificial sweeteners. Vinnie later talks about his friend Matt Serletic, who worked with Aerosmith on their hit song “I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing.” Anna then finds some surprising information on the article.
