Stacie Mack, 32 year old mother of three, joins me on today’s Fitness Confidential podcast revealing how she struggled to lose weight on diets like Wheat Belly and Weight Watchers but when a friend introduced her to the NSNG Facebook Group in January 2017, she never looked back. After switching to a  No Sugar No Grains lifestyle, Stacie’s 5’ 5” body went from 215 lbs to 130 lbs without any exercise (other than running around after her 3 children). The photos above show Stacie’s amazing transformation.


Stacie says she has never felt healthier but wants to start exercising and in April 2018 she will start to train for a marathon.
