SQUATS

  • Go down slowly, that’s what it’s all about
  • Vinnie doesn’t go heavy any more
  • Keep your toes slightly pointed out
  • Great for booty, quads, hamstrings, lower back
  • You may not feel like you’re doing anything without going heavy, but it WILL do something
  • Vinnie will spend lots of time warming up
    • Slowly add weight
  • Lunges are another easy exercise that many people do incorrectly
  • Vinnie runs Anna through the steps

PRAY THE CELIAC AWAY

  • Some IDIOT on Twitter said that you can pray celiac away
  • Anna tries not to get involved with things like this, but this she couldn’t ignore
  • Apparently in the 80s, a prayer diet existed
    • “Pray your fat away”
    • This was weirdly popular
  • Shows how desperate people are to get healthy!
  • Anna does pray, but this has to deal with science, not with religious
  • Anna was told, after responding on Twitter, she was ‘unforgivable’
    • All silliness
    • Then he started jabbing Anna for acting, etc.

KAYAKING

  • Vinnie plans on kayaking Bayou Lafourche
  • He will be practicing on Lake Castaic
  • All thanks to a really good man, friend and fan, Dave Dolak
