RACHEL ERB
- Rachel was a distance runner for approximately 15 years
- She ate the SAD, and looked pretty good, but was never where she wanted to be
- LOTS of carbs, very little fat, medium protein

BIKINI MODEL
- Now that she is keto, Rachel is also pursuing bikini modeling
- A rear pose is mandatory, with a little bit of leg spreading
- A lot of people juice, but Rachel is all natural and healthy!!!
- She will no longer compete in the non-tested federations
- 45 year old women who juice do not look or sound right, it is detrimental to the body
- Unlike many bikini models, Rachel is not just an illusion – she really looks great!
- Rachel has a good combo of lean and muscle, which is hard to attain in this field
- It IS a sport and sometimes women look best at 6-8 weeks out
