NSNG AND ARTHRITIS
- Lots of types of arthritis
- Two biggest ones are rheumatoid and osteoarthritis
- rheumatoid – comes on by itself
- osteoarthritis – often due to injury, misuse, etc.
- NSNG can help arthritis – it will not cure it, but it will decrease inflammation which in turn can lessen pain
- Likely can help osteoarthritis more than rheumatoid, but there WILL be a clear minimization of pain in both when eating NSNG
- Vinnie has osteoarthritis, mostly from breaking things as a result of football and mountain biking
BURSITIS
- Andy suffers from bursitis
- His hips would hurt a lot when hiking
- Bursitis is a result of inflammation
- Therefore, cutting out sugar and grains greatly decreases inflammation so he found help with NSNG
- Also, Andy is a weekend warrior which makes it harder on hips and such
- Bursitis is inflammation of a bursa, a small fluid-filled sac that acts as a cushion between a bone and muscle, skin or tendon
- Andy tries not to sit too much because that aggravates his hips in different places, as well, than hiking does
